CHECK TILES BEFORE FIXING. It is the responsibility of the customer to check tiles for shade variation, visible defects or discrepancies of any kind BEFORE tiling as complaints cannot be accepted after the tiles have been fixed.

Returns must be made within 28 days and must be accompanied with a copy of the despatch note. The Online Tile Centre will not be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

Breakages or shortages will only be honoured if the Online Tile Centre is informed within 24 hours of receipt of your goods.

The Online Tile Centre will not be responsible for any late delivery beyond our control. It is advisable to have a completed order before booking your tiler.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a sufficient number of tiles are ordered to cover the required area. The Online Tile Centre cannot guarantee that subsequent orders will be fulfilled with the same batch of tiles.

The Online Tile Centre reserves the right to adjust prices on a daily basis.

Tiles are prone to crazing and the Online Tile Centre cannot be held responsible for this.

No goods will be despatched unless the Online Tile Centre has received payment in full.
