The Online Tile Centre will only deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The Online Tile Centre will endeavour to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt of the order.
Orders for samples will be despatched via second class mail. Postage for samples that are 10x10cm in size will be charged at £1.50 per sample. For postage charges on larger format tiles please see the individual tile details.
Full orders will be despatched via a courier company on a three working day delivery basis at a cost of £25.00 per pallet. This cost does not include deliveries to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Highlands and Isles or Ireland – these rates are available on request.
The courier company should contact all of our customers to arrange a convenient delivery time. Should any customer be unavailable for a pre-arranged delivery then the courier company will hold all goods until an additional £20.00 re-delivery charge has been paid.
Any customer not wanting Online Tile Centre to pass on contact information to the courier company must contact us via email and clearly state that this is the case. Should a customer not wanting Online Tile Centre to pass on their contact details to the courier company be unavailable to receive their delivery they will be subject to a £20.00 re-delivery fee payable prior to delivery.
It is possible to track a delivery by going onto the website www.prolink-distribution.co.uk, clicking on the ‘track & trace’ option and entering the ‘Tracking ID’ which will be emailed to you along with your confirmation of despatch.
The Online Tile Centre reserves the right to adjust postage/delivery prices as and when necessary.
The Online Tile Centre cannot be held responsible for any late delivery beyond our control. It is advisable to have a completed order before booking your tiler.
